Key Guidance:

Onboarding Tasks
Complete the following initial onboarding steps:

  • Sign your Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA).

  • Complete the Onboarding Questionnaire.

  • Watch the Welcome Video sent via email.

System Setup Tasks
Agents must complete the following system configuration requirements:

  • Log into zONE.

  • Complete your zONE profile.

  • Upload a professional profile photo.

  • Add a billing credit card as required by brokerage systems.

Compliance System Tasks
Set up and verify your transaction management tools:

  • Log into SkySlope through zONE.

  • Complete your SkySlope Suite profile.

  • Log into SkySlope Forms and add your NRDS number to activate the appropriate forms libraries.

  • Log into DigiSign and complete your profile, including signature preferences.

  • Locate and review the Get Paid at Closing (GPAC) form and familiarize yourself with submission timeframes.

Broker Compliance Training
Agents must understand and follow brokerage compliance requirements:

Professional Development Resources

  • Log into ONE University and explore available training.

  • Review FAST PASS tools and programs available through the brokerage.

  • Learn about the 6 C’s framework and how it applies to your role within the brokerage.

Compliance Notes:

  • Florida brokers are required to supervise real estate activities and maintain accurate transaction records under Florida Statutes §475.25 and FREC Rule 61J2-10.

  • Agents must maintain transaction files in the brokerage compliance platform (SkySlope) within required timeframes.

  • Telecommunications marketing must comply with TCPA regulations, including consent requirements for calls and text communications.

  • REALTORS® must maintain competence and professionalism under NAR Code of Ethics Articles 1 and 11.

Brokerage Protocol

  • All listings must be signed by an authorized broker before being activated in the MLS or before offers are accepted.

  • Buyer Broker Agreements, Compensation Agreements, Showing Agreements, and Pre-Touring Agreements may be signed by the agent but must be countersigned by an authorized broker by the next business day.

  • Transaction Coordinators must be registered with the brokerage, trained on SkySlope and brokerage protocols, and have their own zONE login credentials.

  • All listing and transaction files must be created in SkySlope within three days of execution of the agreement.

  • TCPA compliance requirements are strictly enforced for all marketing and communication activities.
