Completing these initial steps will help ensure your accounts are properly configured and that you understand where to access support, training, and transaction systems.

Welcome Video

  • Your onboarding begins with the Realty ONE Group MVP Welcome Video presented by Broker/Owner Derek Carlson.

  • The video covers essential steps to get your systems and accounts operational.

  • This video is automatically emailed to you shortly after signing your Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA).

  • If you did not receive the email, contact Support@ROGMVP.net and request that it be resent.

Onboarding Assistance

  • Most brokerage systems and platforms are automatically created within 48 business hours after your ICA is signed.

  • After watching the Welcome Video, plan to attend one of the Onboarding Open Forums for additional guidance.

  • Invitations are typically sent via email.

  • If you did not receive an invitation, contact Support@ROGMVP.net to request access.

Brokerage Facebook Group

  • Join the brokerage’s private Facebook group for important updates, announcements, training opportunities, and agent collaboration:

  • Participation is strongly encouraged, as it is a primary communication channel for brokerage information and events.

  • Request approval through the link to gain access.

Support Assistance

  • For non-emergency support requests, training questions, or system assistance, email:
    Support@ROGMVP.net

  • If you need to reach a specific support team member, include:
    “Attn: [Team Member Name]” in the subject line.

  • For urgent broker assistance outside normal business hours, call:
    1-800-896-8790

  • When leaving a voicemail, include:

    • Property address (if applicable)

    • Your name

    • Your phone number

    • A detailed description of the issue

  • Non-emergency inquiries will be addressed during the next business day.

Listing Transfers
If you have an active listing from a previous brokerage:

  1. Request a Listing Transfer Form from your local Realtor® association or MLS.

  2. Have your former brokerage sign the transfer form.

  3. Email the completed form to Support@ROGMVP.net for the Realty ONE Group MVP broker signature.

  4. Once signed by our brokerage, submit the form to your board or MLS so the listing can be transferred to Realty ONE Group MVP.

Get Paid at Closing (GPAC) Form

  • The Get Paid at Closing (GPAC) form triggers the brokerage compliance review required before closing.

  • Submit this form at least five business days prior to closing to help ensure your commission can be disbursed at closing when permitted.

  • You can access the form through:

    • Your zONE Dashboard (right side of the page), or

    • The brokerage support site: ROGMVPSupport.com

Compliance Notes:

  • Florida brokers are required to supervise real estate transactions and maintain proper records under Florida Statutes §475.25 and FREC Rule 61J2-10.

  • Agents must ensure transaction files are properly created, maintained, and submitted for broker review before closing.

  • REALTORS® must act competently and in accordance with brokerage policy and professional standards under NAR Code of Ethics Articles 1 and 11.
