Dawn Doerr

Dawn is a “Transplanted” Florida Native-born in Indiana, having moved with her family to Southwest Florida as an infant and never knowing home to be anywhere else. Dawn has been a Realtor in Southwest Florida since 2004, and has served as a Real Estate Broker, Brokerage Operations Manager, Recruiter, Mentor, Team Leader, Compliance Director, Trainer and Coach throughout her career. Her first 7 years of her career were spent as a Team Leader and Top Producer with RE/MAX in SWFL where she also was an agent recruiter. Her next decade was spent growing and developing brokerage systems for an independent real estate firm that transitioned to an internationally recognized brand. Dawn was heavily involved in the transition, leading in all aspects of technology and training, agent success and leadership. Having an integral part in developing and adopting systems and tools for the brokerage that make the Realtor’s life easier and more productive. Dawn has been married to her High School Sweetheart, Rob, who is her best friend and supporter since 1990 and they share 4 wonderful children - Macey, Haley, Cody and Sydney. Dawn is a University of Florida Gator, originally focusing on Dental Sciences and transitioning to real estate in 2004. She has a strong background in new construction and is a 2 time graduate of Crestcom Business Development’s Bullet Proof Manager system, ERA Mentoring and Coaching and By Referral Only follower. She believes strongly in being honest, transparent, hard working and having integrity as an agent and leader. She is passionate about her dogs (she is the mom of 2 Miniature Schnauzers) horses, travel, RVing, and enjoys spending time with her husband, children and ever growing number of grandchildren, and is always up for a trip to Walt Disney World!

Mark Ledbetter

Mark Ledbetter is a native of Asheville, NC and moved to the Estero area almost 6 years ago. He has worked in several industries and large corporations including Rockwell International and Home Depot. He found his passion in real estate early on as he remodeled and flipped houses having owned over 20 homes in his life. After opening his own retail store in 2003, he decided to obtain his real estate license in NC in 2005.

After joining Coldwell Banker, he was promoted to Broker in 2006 running the largest office in Western North Carolina. In 2009, Mark took over a local Prudential Real Estate office and was promoted quickly to Director of Operations overseeing 5 locations. In 2012 Mark moved to Keller Williams and took over the training program for over 300 agents. In 2014, had the opportunity to relocate to SW Florida where he ran the Keller Williams Naples office. He moved to Keller Williams Elite Realty in 2015 again overseeing the training for the company. In late 2016, Mark made the move to work with Marketplace Home Mortgage as a Marketing Coordinator Manager assisting agents from multiple agencies grow their business through technology and social media. Mark then became the Business Development Manager for CrossCountry Mortgage, working with their Loan Officers and local Real Estate Agencies and their agents to grow their business. This was done through education and training regarding social media, technology and core real estate tactics.

In October 2019, Mark made the jump back to the real estate industry with MVP Realty Associates as their Concierge Broker where he works with newly licensed agents on the fundamentals of real estate to grow and nurture their business via training and coaching. Mark oversees the MVP Advantage+ Coaching & Mentoring Program for the company. Mark transitioned to Realty One Group MVP in August 2024.

Mark is a bowler in 2 leagues. He is married and a proud Dad to 3 Cavalier King Charles and 1 cat.

Anthony Bermudez, MBA

Anthony is the Director of Operations and a licensed Real Estate Broker at Realty One Group MVP. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business from Florida Southern College and his Master of Business Administration from Webster University. With more than 20 years of experience in managerial accounting, finance, and real estate sales—spanning both corporate and nonprofit sectors—Anthony has brought a well-rounded and strategic approach to the organization since joining in 2016.

Licensed as a Florida Realtor since 2004 and now a Broker, Anthony oversees the financial operations of all Realty One Group MVP offices, leads strategic growth initiatives, ensures regulatory compliance, and plays a key role in staff development and organizational leadership. His expertise in operations and finance continues to drive the company's success and expansion throughout prospective new markets in the state of Florida.

Deborah Hopple

A Florida resident for over 50 years, I'm practically a native! I'm married to my best friend, raised our family in Fort Myers & have beautiful grandchildren we are extremely proud of! We relocated to Central Florida in 2022, to the beautiful & historic Deland/DeLeon Springs area. I am excited about the opportunities in this area! Real estate is my passion....behind my family & HORSES! Yes, I'm a crazy horse lady! I live in a rural area & specialize in acreage sales in addition to residential properties. I have furthered my education with specialty designations & training such as Graduate Realtor Institute, Accredited Buyers Representative, Military Relocation Professional, Professional Residential Manager & Real Estate Owned Specialist. I also in 2022 accomplished my long-time goal of passing the Florida DBPR requirements to become a BROKER ASSOCIATE! Deborah has over 20 years of real estate experience and continuing education, bringing careful effort & attention to every transaction and all clients. She has worked with other well-known real estate companies in Lee County and joined MVP Realty in 2021. Debbie has joined the Support team of ROG MVP as a Managing Broker and will focus on compliance and agent development.
